Where our role begins and ends.

KAT Studios provides project management and coordination to support the design through implementation. Our role includes organizing project information, coordinating communication, tracking selections and purchasing, documenting decisions, and providing design oversight within the agreed project scope. We are not a general contractor and do not perform licensed trade work.

Construction, electrical, plumbing, and other licensed services are completed by the appropriate contractors and professionals. KAT Studios coordinates project information and communication but does not assume responsibility for the methods, workmanship, scheduling, or contractual obligations of independent contractors and trades.
